We agree to provide you with one Air Conditioning Tune-up and one Furnace Tune-up, and check filters. Any repairs or improvements needed will be brought to your attention before any work has begun. The first system charges are $165.00 and $95.00 for each additional system. Filters and Freon are extra. 10% DISCOUNT ON ALL PARTS
